I started my athletic journey playing youth sports and eventually earned an athletic and academic scholarship to Holy Names University.
After years of prioritizing travel, work and neglecting my health, I found the practice of calisthenics.
While calisthenics has been the backbone of my training style, over the past 9 years I have developed different modalities of training such as Olympic lifting, functional fitness, endurance running, athletic training, mobility…etc. to create programs that can be customized to help you reach your own fitness goals.
